I think they do have a healthcare worker discount, or at least they did when I signed up last fall. Also, they usually have an introductory offer for new clients. Check their site, it's usually applied at checkout.

Yeah, they often have referral codes too. You can usually only use one discount at a time though, no stacking from what I remember when I signed up.
